Heading into week 2

After this, I’ll be combining the pics into my weekly review. I didn’t think this part out very well. So, next week’s review will have my thoughts on the week along with my measurements and pics.

End of week 1 - front viewEnd of week 1 - side view

  • Weight at beginning of Week 1 - 208
  • Weight at beginning of Week 2 - 204
  • Chest measurement - 40 3/4″
  • Waist measurement - 41″
  • Thigh measurement - 22 1/2″
  • Calf measurement - 14 1/4″
  • Bicep measurement - 12 1/2″

I created a cool morph shockwave that shows my side view from last week to this week. I was actually quite shocked to see the difference. Just looking at the pictures by themselves really doesn’t give you a good idea of how you’ve changed. It’s when you morph the two that it hits you upside the head that this is working REALLY well.

It really is pretty spectacular results (unless I’m just seeing things), especially when the scale said I only lost 4 pounds. That’s a great week in anyone’s book, but in this day and age, with the Biggest Loser setting expectations of double digit losses, it’s awesome to see what that 4 pounds really looks like coming off of you (well, me in this case) and has reinvigorated me like nothing else can.

So, here is the video of the morph. I hope you get an idea of the changes just 1 week on this program has made.

How was the workout yesterday? Those RDL’s and the Swiss ball superset was really tough. Like the video, nice touch.

Hey Ari, I hope things are going well for you. I like the RDL’s, they’re not too difficult for me. In fact, that 2nd superset is almost a rest for me between the two tougher ones. I was actually able to complete the entire workout this time without almost passing out, that’s a good thing. Thanks for stopping bye and leaving comments, I really appreciate it.
