Here we are, at the end of Week 6 with just two more weeks to go. The Belly Off! program has been great and I’m very happy with my results. Not only physical, but the mental results as well. Even when I had a seemingly rough week this week, I’m still motivated to keep moving forward and am not really discouraged at all. I really believe that I now posses the tools needed to continue living a healthy lifestyle.

This weeks theme is disappointment with a reality check. I knew it was coming, I saw it in my trends, and I thought I did extra this week to fight it, but in the end, it happened. I didn’t hit my goal weight for this week, losing only 1 pound. That was a pretty depressing moment, but it’s still a loss and I’m happy with that.

The themes for this past week (week 3) have been perseverance and temptation. This was a rough week for me because I had many reasons for why I could have failed, but I didn’t let them get to me and I saw my way through to the end.

Alright, one week down and the rest of my life to go. I’m feeling real good about the last week overall and can’t wait to jump into week 2. Before I get started on this review, I would like to thank everyone who has stopped by and read these posts and left comments. I didn’t realize it when I started this journal, but it has become a huge source of motivation for me, and I hope it has for you as well. In a little less than a week, there have been almost 1000 views of my journal, and that just floors me. I have also received emails from people telling me that I am motivating them, and you cannot imagine how much that makes me want to keep going and not fail. For myself and them.
